Aerivo is a dashboard platform for light aircraft pilots that
simplifies preparing for a flight by bringing key data,
tools and processes into one clear environment. The project
covered the interface, the user system and a modern
website supporting the product's communication.

Strategy
Defining the platform's key functions
The strategy began by defining the functions that
genuinely support a pilot before a flight. We focused on
elements that remove scattered information: operational
data, checklists, flight conditions and
quick access to the most important modules.
Setting the structure of the user's dashboard
The dashboard was planned as the pilot's central
workplace, where the most important information is
visible as soon as they enter the system. The priorities were
clarity, quick orientation and logically guiding
the user through flight preparation.
Prioritising modules and user paths
Each module of the platform was assessed for its
importance to the pilot's decision process. Thanks to that
we could order the user paths so that
Aerivo supports actions from the first route analysis to
the moment just before takeoff.

After the launch of Aerivo, the key elements
of flight preparation were gathered in one
organised cockpit. The platform lets pilots
move faster from checking data, through
checklists and conditions, to logging
activity in the flight logbook.
